Our companies

Bakers since 1900 A business created by the Martin family more than a century ago to cover the most basic needs with an essential food such as bread.

With the perseverance, tenacity and commitment of each generation, the Martín family has been able to adapt to market changes by diversifying its products, thus creating Tradicional Panadera that has become a reference in the manufacture of different formats and recipes for sliced, hamburger, and hot dog bread.

Bakers since 1900. The Martín family has been a pioneer in the baking industry, meeting basic needs with their exceptional bread. With tenacity and dedication, Panificadora Popular stands out in the production of par-baked bread.

Confectioners since 1960. The Martín-Ondarza Vera family founded the first bakery and shaped the first traditional recipes.

Using those untransformed recipes, they have been able to evolve adapting and improving them over time. Year after year, they continue to expand their range of products and thanks to technology, they manage to bring the taste of artisan products to the 5 continents.

Puff pastry experts since 1957. The Heras Olea family began its activity by manufacturing bread. The neighbors of the Palencia Mountain visited their factory and took advantage of the family bakery to make their own sweets with homemade, simple, and natural recipes.

Thanks to that, they were incorporating new recipes and slowly they began to focus on the manufacture of puff pastry. Currently, it has a large assortment of products distributed throughout Spain and Europe.

Creating Manchego sweets since 1969. The Soto family with deep knowledge of the confectionery of their land, undertakes the creation of the factory with the aim to transfer La Mancha region’s flavors to the entire peninsula.

Specialized in Coconut Macaroons, Doughnuts, and all kinds of regional pastries, they have focused over the years on making these same products with no sugar added, with the same flavor as always, adding an extra value to their assortment.
